How does a hypnotherapy session look?

It consists of 5 parts and lasts 1.5 to 2 hours.
  1. Intake Interview: Interview with the client where we discuss the issue and what they want to achieve.
  2. Induction: Relaxation and entering into hypnosis.
  3. Root Cause Therapy: Locating the cause of the problem (we go through 3 scenes that happened and find when the problem originated).
  4. Parts Therapy: Finding and understanding the purpose of the problem and giving it a new supportive and positive role.
  5. Suggestions: The client listens to and receives new suggestions that help them easily and permanently release the problem and create new thinking patterns.

After the session, the client receives a recorded personalized audio recording that they listen to for at least 21 days for optimal results.

The subconscious mind is our storehouse where all our beliefs, patterns, fears, phobias, traumas, and behavioral triggers are stored, along with everything we are not aware of consciously.

We only work on one problem per session.
